Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Information Regarding the Application and Its Developer

The present Privacy Policy is applicable only to the mobile application titled VisionWave (the "App"), made available on Google Play.

Ownership, development, and operation of the App belong to silambarasan (the "Developer," "we," "our," or "us"). Throughout this Privacy Policy, all mentions of "we," "our," or "us" are intended to identify silambarasan as the legal body bearing responsibility for the management of VisionWave.

In the event that VisionWave was downloaded from Google Play, the collection, usage, storage, and disclosure of your information while engaging with the App are governed by this Privacy Policy.

Summary of Procedures

  1. Photographs are uploaded by users, who then pick a preferred template.
  2. To personalize the experience, a copy of the stable diffusion model is retrained utilizing this data.
  3. Once retraining concludes, an avatar is generated by the system based on the personalized model.
  4. After the avatar has been produced, the uploaded photograph along with the retrained model copy are permanently erased from our servers. Please note that particular restrictions apply regarding avatar usage—such as prohibiting nude images or the use of someone else's photos without authorization.
  5. Your personal data is never employed for general model training or to develop other separate AI products.

User-Activated Cloud Processing

Certain AI-powered editing, enhancement, and rendering functionalities are made available through VisionWave by means of secure cloud processing. Cloud processing occurs exclusively when you intentionally utilize a feature requiring computation on the server side.

Triggering of Uploads

Only after you actively select a cloud-based feature and explicitly begin the processing will images, videos, or other media be uploaded to our secure servers. Your personal media is never uploaded by VisionWave automatically, in the background, or without your direct involvement. Before any upload is carried out, the App clearly notifies you that cloud processing is required.

Retention and Removal of Data

The storage of uploaded media is limited to the period necessary for completing the requested processing. Within 72 hours after processing concludes, original uploaded files and generated results are automatically and permanently deleted. silambarasan does not keep backups of your uploaded media and does not utilize your content for advertising, AI model training, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Security Measures

Industry-standard TLS encryption is employed to protect all uploads and downloads. Access to uploaded content remains strictly restricted to automated processing systems and authorized infrastructure required to carry out the requested service.

Content Notice

We strive to configure the AI model as appropriately as possible. However, you may still encounter content that feels unsuitable for you. If you see anything offensive or inappropriate, please report it to us at chimbu144@gmail.com. We will take prompt action, and your feedback also helps us improve the algorithm over time.

Data We Gather

  1. Platform Activity Information
Information pertaining to your interactions with our Platforms may be collected. This includes your browsing activities, clicks, downloads, content you share, video editing operations, and any other data you supply during your use of our services. Such information assists us in delivering the Platform's functionalities to you.
  2. Device and Log Information
In order to ensure reliable and secure functioning, elevate user experience, support advertising and messaging, and protect the security of your account, we gather particular device and log particulars when you access our services through the Platforms. These include: unique device identifier, GAID, device model, system language, country, advertising ID, operating system and version number, IP address, software version, network access type, network quality metrics, and service logs.
  3. Feedback and Support Information
Upon reaching out to us for assistance or to offer feedback, we collect the information and materials you submit, along with your contact details (such as phone number and email address). This permits us to respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  4. Facial Recognition Information
When you employ face editing or synthesis functionalities, we automatically identify the position and shape of your facial features in order to analyze the information required for photo processing. The resulting renderings are subsequently returned to you. We do not store these photos, videos, facial feature data, or renderings, nor do we share them with any third party. This processing is carried out solely to enable the facial recognition function and improve the quality of your output. If your editing involves the facial features of another person, you are accountable for notifying that individual and obtaining their authorization.
  5. Cloud-Based Processing
To support rapid and accurate image or video processing, we may temporarily upload your materials or related tags to a cloud server for effect generation. These uploads are utilized only for the specific processing task you request. We do not retain the materials, tags, or associated data beyond the period necessary, nor do we use them for any other purpose or disclose them to third parties.

Device Permissions

To provide you with better products, efficient services, and an improved user experience, we may request certain permissions on your device when offering additional features. With your consent and following the principle of collecting only the minimum necessary data, we may access the following permissions and the corresponding information:

  1. Read/Write External Storage Permission - Used to read from and write to your device's external memory card for video editing purposes.
  2. Camera Permission - Allows you to take photos and record videos within the app.
  3. Network Access Permission - Enables various online services, such as accessing and downloading materials.

Data connected to these permissions is treated as sensitive. In the event that you refuse a permission, it will merely restrict your use of the specific feature that depends on it; your ability to use other functions in the app will not be impacted. The current status of your permissions can be checked at any time through your device's system settings. You are free to turn on or turn off any or all of these permissions according to your own preferences.

Please be informed that when you grant a permission, you are authorizing us to gather and use the related personal information solely for the purpose of providing the corresponding service. Should you later turn off a permission, this cancels or revokes your earlier authorization, and we will discontinue collecting or using personal information based on that permission from that point forward. However, turning off a permission will not affect any data collection or usage that occurred while the permission was still active.

Cookies and Comparable Data Technologies

Similar to most online services, we make use of cookies, web beacons, and related technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in your device's memory. They preserve information about your use of our services, aiding with tasks such as user authentication, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing traffic and usage patterns, measuring ad campaign performance, and enabling social features. Web beacons are small software elements placed on web pages or in emails, which assist us in understanding your interaction with that content.

Most web browsers accept cookies automatically. You can generally adjust your browser settings to delete or block browser cookies if you prefer. Be aware, however, that doing so may affect the availability and functionality of our services.

This analytics data is aggregated with similar data from other users in a way that does not reasonably identify any specific individual.

We partner with third-party advertising agencies to serve ads on the internet or other media. To assess ad effectiveness and determine payment amounts to these agencies, we integrate third-party modules into our applications. Additionally, we may include such modules to better understand how users interact with our services.
